Requirement - Quickbooks, Excel, Keyboarding, Phone Skills, Confidentiality & Customer Service Experience
- Taking messages and relaying information from Customers
- Relaying completed and Uncompleted Tasks to Team or Management
- Inputting, Saving and Retrieving Customer Files
- Proper filing of paperwork and electronic files
- Using Quickbooks, Excel, Word and Online Map such as Mapquest
- Using scripts
- Sales of Products over the phone and in person
- Checking all work and identifying areas of weakness for retraining
Using equipment and systems
- Desktop computer, Label Maker, Printer, Copier, Scanner, Phone System, Laminator, Cell Phone, Time Clock, Cell phone, Calculator & Credit Card Machine
