Job Summary
Immigration and family law firm is seeking a dedicated and professional Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth communication with English and Spanish-speaking clients. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and assisting with administrative tasks.
Please note that this position will begin on June 8, 2025.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence in both English and Spanish.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the staff.
- Anticipate support needs based on staff schedules.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, including client information and appointment details.
- Handle filing and organization of documents to ensure easy access to information.
- Support legal staff by coordinating client flow and managing front desk operations efficiently.
- Administrative support, including creating and sending quotes, invoices and receipts, processing payments, organizing and maintaining digital and physical files).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft products.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
