GGG seeks a detail-oriented and proactive Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) Document Compliance Coordinator to collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain food safety and quality documentation practices. The FSQA Coordinator will support the maintenance of our food safety programs, ensuring compliance with third-party and internal requirements.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Manage supplier documentation and compliance through TraceGains, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Assist with the completion of customer QA-related forms and questionnaires, ensuring clear and timely communication to fulfill supplier approval requirements.
- Collect and input data into supplier and quality management systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure all documents remain up-to-date and compliant with FSMA standards and internal requirements.
- Assist with onboarding new suppliers in TraceGains.
- Collaborate in the development of QA compliance programs, as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Thorough attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of quality management systems such as TraceGains, Repositrak, FoodLogiQ, and Share-ify is a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or an administrative support role preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Food Science or a related field preferred.
