Major Responsibilities

Major Responsibilities
- Assist with the investigation and resolution of security-related tickets to maintain a safe computing environment.
- Manage and respond to phishing attempts, escalating issues as necessary.
- Support the development and delivery of security awareness (SA) training for end-users.
- Participate in audit investigations, learning best practices in compliance and risk management.
- Work with Security Operations team members to maintain and optimize security toolsets, including Microsoft Azure, CrowdStrike, and KnowBe4.
- Conduct basic data collection and analysis to support security initiatives and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent application of security policies and procedures.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Cybersecurity or a related field (no prior professional experience required).
- Familiarity with security concepts, such as threat detection, vulnerability management, and incident response.
- Basic knowledge or coursework related to Microsoft Azure, CrowdStrike, or KnowBe4 is a plus.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated individual who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment.
