Description
This position will assist in overseeing shift personnel and flow, provide leadership for their work group and must have the highest working knowledge of the policies and procedures. Lead by example, with a positive outlook, through practice and work habit, a desire to follow all policies and procedures in the plan environment to develop and maintain a safe, efficient, high quality, low waste workplace and maximize the development of the personnel they lead.
Schedule: 2-2-3 shift rotation.

Essential Functions
- Demonstrate the ability to accomplish tasks through thoughtful delegation to others in the work group.
- Train, coach and enforce all company safety policies.
- Perform quality inspections periodically to ensure manufactured product meets standards.
- Perform operator duties as required.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays and holidays.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred (Word, PPT, Excel)
- Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
- Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written) with staff, and internal and external clients.
- Intermediate computer and math skills.
- Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
