CNC Operator
We are seeking a CNC Operator to join our team and work with industry-leading and operate Haas and Grob CNC machines. This role is responsible for operating CNC equipment to produce high-quality stainless-steel parts based on customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain Milling, Haas and Grob CNC machines to manufacture precision parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints and design sketches to ensure correct dimensions and tolerances.
- Assemble, repair, and fabricate metal components using mechanical equipment.
- Ensure quality and efficiency in production while following safety guidelines.
- Fixed schedule 1 st and 2 nd shift with a 45-minute lunch.
- Some evening or weekend work may be required based on business needs.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic computer skills (preferred but not required).
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of CNC machine operation experience.
