Position Overview

As the In-Home Sales Representative , you will be responsible for traveling lead generated appointments and providing customers with prompt and accurate price quotes. Use On Call Air software to customize quotes to customers specific needs. You will cultivate and manage client relationships, identify, and pursue new business opportunities, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Below is an overview of the responsibilities :

Essential Job Functions

  • Develop effective sales strategies to pursue new business opportunities; Identifying decision makers within targeted leads.
  • Provide customers with timely price quotes and latest technologies best designed to meet the customers' needs while leading with financing.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales-to-install handoffs and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Meet with other Comfort Advisors to communicate sales targets, share best practices, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas requiring attention.
  • Make outbound follow up calls to existing clients via telephone and email.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience (1 years) in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Prior experience in the home services industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with software such as Service Titian, On Call Air is highly preferred
  • Prior experience in the construction industry a plus but not required
  • Working Conditions

    Environment :

  • Will work in customer's homes
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
  • Evening and early morning, severe weather events, and weekend or holiday hours periodically.
  • Will work indoors and outdoors in various climate conditions ranging from very cold to very hot and humid.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use a computer for extended periods, including long periods of sitting, keyboard entry, use of office equipment and computer monitor.
  • Ability to speak concisely and effectively communicate.
  • Be able to communicate using a computer and phone / smart device.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust.
  • May require physical effort and cardiac endurance while reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, standing, walking, balancing, bending, leaning, kneeling, walking, and climbing.
  • Carrying supplies, up to 25 lbs.
