Position Title : Director of Inpatient Care Services
Compensation : $120,000 - $135,000 (Signing bonus of up to $30,000 and $10,000 relocation bonus available)
Duration : Full-Time
Location : Onsite in Montana
Overview
Our client is seeking a dynamic Director of Inpatient Care Services to oversee the clinical operations and strategic direction of acute care units, including ICU, PCU, Medical / Surgical, and Rehabilitation Nursing. This pivotal leadership role ensures optimal patient outcomes, staff development, and financial health of the reporting units. Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Director will drive innovation, foster collaboration, and uphold excellence in patient care.
Requirements
Education :
- Bachelor's in Nursing required.
- Master's in Nursing, Business, or Leadership / Management preferred.
- ACLS, ONS Certification, and BLS within three months of hire.
