Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with expertise in financial systems to oversee and deliver high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong leadership, global project management experience, and a background in Oracle Financial Systems. The ideal candidate will thrive in a hybrid work setup and possess a proactive, hands-on approach to managing multiple stakeholders and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, team members, and senior leadership to align project objectives.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and resolutions effectively to ensure transparency with all stakeholders.
• Strategically manage resource allocation, optimizing personnel, equipment, and materials for maximum efficiency.
• Define and execute comprehensive project plans, detailing scope, objectives, budgets, timelines, and required resources.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring all activities are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
• Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project continuity.
• Oversee the execution of quality standards and ensure compliance with established project processes.
• Monitor and document changes to project scope, schedules, and budgets, securing proper approvals as necessary.
• Drive project closure by ensuring deliverables are finalized, documented, and successfully handed over to stakeholders.
• Build trust and strong communication lines with C-level executives while providing strategic insights and recommendations.
• Lead financial system projects, specifically those involving Oracle, and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Coordinate and execute projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on specific project needs.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
• Experience: 5 10 years of project management experience, with at least 5 full project lifecycles, preferably in multinational corporations (MNCs).
• Proven expertise managing financial system projects, specifically with Oracle systems.
• Global project experience (LATAM, EMEA, NA) is required.
• Strong proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Advanced experience with project management tools and practices.
• Ability to ramp up immediately and independently contribute within 30 days.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and team motivation.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP certification is advantageous but not required.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL Server, and Tableau is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in managing resources effectively while meeting project deadlines.
