Tier II Tech Support Administrator (Part-Time, 15 hrs / week)
Overview :
Our client, a biopharma company focused on innovation and developing much-needed treatments, has an urgent need for a Tier II Support Administrator on a part-time basis. The role will start at 15 hours a week with a requirement to be onsite every Tuesday. Reporting to the Sr. Director of IT, you will assist in the execution of IT deliverables, including responding to IT support tickets, performing administrative tasks, resolving issues promptly, and supporting overall IT projects in the organization. This is the perfect opportunity for someone already in a part-time role looking for a project tto supplement their income, someone with flexibility in their full-time role, or an IT consultant.
Responsibilities :
- Provide in-person and remote IT support.
- Monitor and resolve IT issues promptly.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and track hardware / software lifecycle.
- Assist in IT project planning, tracking, and risk mitigation.
- Manage administrative tasks, including employee onboarding / offboarding.
- Update employee profiles, documentation, reports, and workflows.
