Objective
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Systems Administrator with expertise in networking, security,
and IT infrastructure management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on
experience with Cisco and Azure network infrastructures, advanced routing protocols like
BGP, and a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles to ensure the ongoing security and stability
of our IT environment. Additionally, familiarity with the Freshservice ticketing system and a customer
service-oriented approach are highly desirable.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including Cisco Meraki, Cisco Firepower,
- Configure and support advanced routing protocols, including BGP, to ensure optimal network
- Monitor, identify, and resolve network and infrastructure issues while proactively addressing
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity best practices using tools such as SentinelOne,
- Manage and configure Microsoft Endpoint Manager (formerly Intune) and DesktopCentral for
- Ensure seamless integration and management of Azure Active Directory (AzureAD) and other
- Provide exceptional support through the Freshservice ticketing system, ensuring timely
- Collaborate with the IT team to document network designs, processes, and troubleshooting
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and security trends to recommend and implement
