Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Multi-Site IT Director to lead our IT infrastructure and operations across multiple entities and sectors. This role requires expertise in Microsoft Azure, domain management, hardware and inventory tracking, IT policy implementation, security, and disaster planning. You will work closely with our AI architect team to build scalable IT solutions while creating a unified network system that supports our rapid growth. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless functioning of IT systems and driving initiatives to enhance the efficiency, security, and performance of our network across all sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic IT Leadership: Lead IT strategy across multiple business sectors and entities, ensuring the scalability and reliability of systems. Lead, mentor, and manage the internal IT support team, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
- Budget: Manage IT budgets, focusing on cost-effective solutions and technological advancements.

- Hardware and Inventory Management: Oversee tracking and management of all IT assets, including servers, desktops, mobile devices, and networking equipment. Implement asset management software to monitor hardware lifecycle, procurement, and depreciation
- Ticketing System and Desktop Support: Integrate desktop support with a robust IT ticketing system to streamline issue tracking, prioritize requests, and enhance response times. Optimize the workflow to ensure rapid resolution of user issues across all sites
- Implement IT Policies and Procedures: Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures, covering everything from network security to acceptable use, ensuring alignment with industry standards and compliance requirements
- Security and Disaster Recovery Plan: Establish and maintain a robust IT security framework, incorporating multi-factor authentication, identity protection, and network security protocols. Design a disaster recovery plan that includes backup strategies, failover systems, and incident response plans to protect business continuity
- Work with AI Architect Team and Vendors: Collaborate with our AI architects to integrate AI-driven solutions into the IT infrastructure, enhancing automation, data processing, and predictive analytics capabilities across all business sectors. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed for software, hardware, and cloud service purchases or support.
- Create a Unified Network System: Design and implement a cohesive network system that integrates cloud and on-premises infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity, security, and performance across all locations. Utilize Azure AD to centralize identity management and streamline access control(

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) in an IT leadership role, managing IT systems and multi-site infrastructure.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, including deployment, management, and optimization.
- Solid understanding of domain management, DNS, and email infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a service-based IT team, with a focus on user satisfaction and system reliability.
- Experience in managing IT vendors and service providers.
- Experience in setting up and managing ticketing systems and providing desktop support integration.
- Strong understanding of best practice security frameworks and disaster recovery planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Office 365 and enterprise-level email management.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure (firewalls, routers, VPNs) and virtualization technologies.
- ITIL certification or experience with service management frameworks.
