What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Location Manager position at Gemco Building Systems?
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SALES LOCATION MANAGER to join our team, specializing in selling high-quality outdoor and portable structures. Our product line includes:
- Portable storage buildings
- Office buildings
- Greenhouses
- Tiny Homes
- Porches and decks
- Steel carports, boat and RV covers
- Steel shops and garage
This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential-expected annual earnings range from $80-$100k depending on sales performance. We also offer 1% and 2% bonus incentives of total sales for achieving annual sales goals
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and engage potential customers through direct outreach, networking, and referrals
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and financing options
- Close deals efficiently while providing excellent customer service
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings
- Attend trade shows, fairs, and community events to generate leads
- Manage customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS:
- PROVEN EXPERIENCE in direct sales, preferably in outdoor structures, home improvement, or similiar industries
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation for site visits and customer meetings
