The Cash Poster Representative's primary responsibility is to accurately maintain patient accounts by recording insurance and posting patient payments.
- This is a full-time, non-exempt position.
- This position is located in Hudson, OH
- Schedule is 8:15 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
- Employer paid vacation.

- Ongoing training and development.
- Analyze and audit patient accounts for accuracy.
- Closely monitor accounts to provide accuracy for customers and business.
- Accurately post insurance and patient payments to proper accounts.
- Post denials and adjustments on claims within the company system.
- Provide documents to customer or collections regarding balance on account.
- Medical billing, accounts receivable, office work or insurance experience is helpful.
- Knowledge of accounts receivables, reconciling, or account management preferred.
- Communicate effectively with team members and Manager.
- Adapt to ever-changing environment/processes and procedures.
- HS diploma or equivalent.
