- Schedule is 8:15 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday

- Ongoing training and development
- Assists in the implementation and monitoring of compliance controls, compliance procedures and operational processes.
- Writes and assists in developing compliant standard operating procedures.
- Monitors and audits written standard operating procedures to ensure consistency with current practices.
- Responsible for assisting departments with incident reports and creation of CAPA’s.
- Conducts timely filings of reporting and renewal activity with licensing and regulatory agencies.
- Inquires and responds to designated regulatory and accreditation agencies.
- Trains management & supervisory personnel on all compliance requirements, regulations and industry practices.
- Maintains working knowledge of basic healthcare compliance legal and regulatory requirements.
- Communicates regulatory changes that impact standard operating procedures and standards.
- Works closely with the distribution center to maintain and enforce OSHA compliance.
- Familiarity with Industry Practices and Standards
- Strong working knowledge of HIPAA Regulations.
- Knowledge of Process Improvement concepts.
- Assertive, professional personality type.
- Good organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Qualified candidates must have excellent written, verbal and computer skills.
- Minimum 2-5 years of related experience in a consumer service or healthcare environment.
- Ability to multi-task with established time management skills.
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience.
- Light lifting of up to 25 pounds.
