WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Research and write about various topics in a compelling, accurate, and engaging way
- Write with SEO and content marketing best practices in mind
- Assist in creating content for blogs, case studies, web pages, white papers, press releases, and more
- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, correctness, and consistency
- Work closely with the content team to refine and align content with client needs
- Accept and incorporate constructive feedback to improve writing skills
WHAT YOU NEED
- A degree (or near completion) in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
- Strong grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills
- A general understanding of writing for marketing purposes (or a willingness to learn)
- Ability to adapt writing style to different brand voices and industries
- Research skills to quickly understand new topics, industries, and audiences
- Must be local to the Twin Cities area and able to attend in-office meetings as needed
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects at once
