Your Role & Impact:
- Engage with inbound leads to understand their needs and offer tailored funding solutions.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients, ensuring long-term success.
- Guide clients through the financing process, from initial contact to document submission.
- Meet or exceed sales goals while being part of a team that celebrates success together.
What You Bring to the Team:
Fluent in Spanish (required).
1 years of sales or customer-facing experience (finance, auto, solar, phone sales, etc., is a plus).
Great communicator & relationship builder—you love connecting with people!
Highly coachable & driven—you thrive on feedback and growth.
Tech-savvy & organized—you enjoy using digital tools to streamline work.
