Description : Job Summary
This position is a dual role position, performing various accounting responsibilities for Gemini Construction and Mall Business Services. This position is full-time, but part-time would be considered as an option for the right candidate, with a minimum of 30 hours / week.
Responsibilities & Duties :
Gemini Construction
- Manage Gemini Construction’s incoming invoices and process them through Avid, ensuring proper construction team routing.
- Process promptly all “Material Request Forms” with accuracy and ensure the correct sales tax rate is being charged for the location the order is being delivered to.
- Obtain proper approval on all Purchase Orders and communicate the approved Purchase Order to the supplier.
- Maintain the Accounting vendor files for COIs and W9s.
- Mail weekly checks and email the Gemini team the weekly check run with the mail date notated.
- Ensure timely processing of the monthly Lowes bill and ensure proper recording of purchases within the accounting application.
- Invoice construction projects and e-mail all Gemini billed invoices for reimbursement.
