As a Production Operator, you are the backbone of our organization. You produce, assemble, and pack everything that leaves our door. You make components that go into cars, lawn mowers, and other products that you and your neighbors use every single day. You’re constantly learning as production shifts from one thing to another. What this work looks like:
- Follow simple instructions to produce plastic blow-molded parts
- Inspect parts to assure they’re defect-free
- Label and pack parts into shipping containers
- Record and track production and scrap numbers
Skills needed to win:
- Positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work effectively on a team and independently
- Available to work weekends and overtime as needed
- High school Diploma or GED
