Title: Quality Control Inspector

Status: Full-Time/Hourly (40 hours/week; additional hours as needed to support department and individual goals).

- High School diploma, or equivalent
- Industrial Truck License
- Motor coordination, manual and finger dexterity
Job Summary
To review product, in-process, inform Production personnel of Non-Conformance's and suspect material.
Essential Job Functions
- Assist Production Teams in performing First/Last-Piece and In-Process Inspections and Control Plan Verification (Check-off) Sheet documentation at required frequencies, in situations where the Production Team is unable to do these properly.
- Monitors correct Part ID, Lot Control, labeling, packaging, and handling of all part numbers in the production area for conformance to Quality Assurance requirements.
- Report non conformances detected through Quality Technician and ensure proper ID, segregation, and disposition of non-conformance material.
- Assist with maintenance, verification and audit of Production Gauging and measurement equipment.
- Define lot and sample size to lines than takes randomly samples per each line.
- Layer auditing each line once per shift, to ensure that the proper essential inspection components and process are being utilized.
- Perform carton quantity audits.
- Maintain General housekeeping. Pursuing 5S’s
- Other duties as assigned.
