What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resort/Facility Maintenance - Seasonal position at Gemini, Inc.?
We are currently seeking a Seasonal Maintenance/Groundskeeper to join our staff in Hayward, WI at the Gemoaben Resort and Conference Center.
(Availability for higher skilled maintenance level role beginning at $16.99 starting pay, based on experience.)
Function:
Assists Resort Manager with maintaining the resort facilities and providing assistance to resort guests. Tasks include; maintenance, caretaking, security of grounds and facilities, and servicing of guests.
Job Duties:
- Lawn maintenance
- Beach and boat cleanup
- Cutting & stacking of firewood
- Guest assistance
- Light housekeeping on occasion
- Exterior painting
- Other duties as assigned
- Service-oriented with positive attitude
- Enjoys communicating and working with others
- Self-motivated, well organized and committed to meeting goals for success
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Mechanical aptitude and carpentry a plus
- Flexible hours 3-5 days per week
