Role Summary: Due to a recent acquisition, we are growing and seeking a Sales Assistant. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will enjoy client interaction and coordinating with the internal team while maintaining a high ethical standard in client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Manage client projects from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams.
- Prepare, and present reports on campaign performance.
- Generate proposals to support client upsells and renewals.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure retention and client satisfaction.
- Ensure all client communications reflect the company’s values and maintain a high ethical standard.
- Collaborate closely with the internal marketing and development teams to ensure projects are aligned with client goals.
- Troubleshoot and solve client challenges.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, web design, and social media.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client projects and balance competing deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex data for clients.

Additional Information
- Location: On-site in our Akron, OH office.
- Work Schedule: Flexible, Part-Time, 15–25 hours/week.
- Compensation: $16 – $20 per hour, plus bonus.
