About the role:
The Inventory Control Lead is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the accuracy of company owned and consignment inventory. They will investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, soon to expire and other inventory issues. They will lead the inventory team ensuring warehouse processes, procedures and core values are followed.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for all agency inventory with a focus on inventory accuracy
- Manage inventory to minimize loss through expired inventory
- Perform periodic cycle counts in all territories and the central warehouse (ability to travel to territories)
- Manage cycle counts in Redspot and analyze variance reports
- Manage adjusted orders and research why adjustments are happening.
- Leverage knowledge of MS Excel to analyze inventory PAR levels in central warehouse and territories as well as restock ordering.
- Will understand and help with receiving, picking and packing functions when needed
- Leads the warehouse “Inventory Picking Specialist”
- Follows all Operations processes and procedures at all times and holds others accountable to do the same
- Bring inventory issues and possible solutions to management
- Ensures warehouse goals are met

- Performs other general warehouse duties as needed
What we're looking for in you:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in inventory control, distribution and operational procedures
- Experience using WMS system a plus
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Ability to multitask and work independently with precise detail and follow-up reporting.
- Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite with demonstrated ability to use MS Excel. (intermediate to advanced user)
- Attention to detail
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and direction in a dynamic work environment
- Shows initiative – regularly engages in proactive behavior and looks for opportunities
- Strong ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment
Compensation: $50,000-$65,000 with competitive benefits.
