Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, time management, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently while supporting our team in achieving their goals. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating projects, dispatching, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage front desk activities, including Answering the Phones and handling and recording inquiries.
- Utilize Excel for financial management, including budgeting and invoicing.
- Help manage work orders and workflow as they come through emails and assign tech based on location and availability
- Maintain organized and accurate filing systems for documents and records.
- Supervise and support office staff, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Communicate effectively with all staff to address any operational challenges.
- Communicate with customers via e-mail or phone to Update on projects as well as address any concerns, questions or issues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Excell and budgeting practices.
- Familiarity with answering phones professionally.
- Experience in CRM systems and data entry.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
