Title: Corporate Accounts Representative
Compensation: Commensurate with Experience
Overview: Gemini Valve is a privately held, family owned, U.S. manufacturer of Performance Engineered Automated, and Manual Ball Valves. We draw upon our many years of valve design, and manufacturing expertise to provide reliable products supplied and supported factory direct. Gemini Valve has uniquely positioned itself for continued growth, which has created this new opening.
Activities: Under the direction of Corporate Accounts Manager provide inbound support and assistance to customers via e‐mail, phone, or chat. Addresses and responds to customer inquiries on products, including product configuration, operational functions, and troubleshooting. Provides customers with assistance in product selection to improve product usability, performance, and customer satisfaction. Prepare quotes, processing of orders and related tasks. Team support for Product Assembly, Test, and Shipment. Liaison between customers and manufacturing. Problem / Issue Resolution. CRM utilization to track interactions, and actions taken.
Your Skills and Experiences: Three to five years of related experience or willing to develop applicant that demonstrates a strong ‘fit’. Excellent verbal, and written communication skills. Detailed oriented. Team player with ability to work independently. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Experience with Adobe Indesign and Photoshop a plus. Associates degree desirable. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
