What are the responsibilities and job description for the CCDF- Monitor position at Geminus & Regional Health Systems?
Geminus Corporation partners with community-based health care providers, social service organizations and early childhood education programs to help increase access to high-quality social health care for children and families across Northern Indiana. Geminus Corporation is a member of the Regional Care Group.
Position Purpose: The CCDF Program Monitor performs the daily functions reviewing and scanning files for file retention and review by the state audit team. This position will also serve as the assistant to the CCDF Enrollment Specialist II/ QA and the Administrative Assistant.
Scope: The CCDF Monitor reports to and receives general work direction from the CCDF Program Director. No positions report to the incumbent. The CCDF Monitor is expected to present a positive and professional image of Geminus, at both the Lake and LaPorte County offices.
Essential Competencies:
- Provide excellent customer service/communication skills.
- Demonstrate ability to utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office/Outlook, data entry and computer program applications as required.
- Detailed oriented.
- Be a team-player.
- Strictly adhere to program policies and procedures.
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
High school diploma is required.
Two years’ experience in same or similar position.
Full-Time Days (Monday-Friday)
Pay Range: $15.99-$19.99 (Based on Experience)
