Job Description
The Early Childhood Coordinator is responsible for the daily functions pertaining to the CCR&R and T&TA (SPARK Learning Lab) programs. They will be the first point of contact for the 2 early childhood programs. This first contact will be done in a culturally sensitive way. The Early Childhood Coordinator will provide general office support with determining client need and providing initial support, a variety of clerical activities, and related tasks. He/she will manage various parts of the office, work closely with the team, answering phones, determining needs, directing clients to appropriate internal supports, sorting and distributing mail, as well as additional clerical duties. The Early Childhood Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining organizations and schedules for both early childhood programs. Travel is required.
Scope: The CCR&R Early Childhood Coordinator is expected to present a positive and professional image of Geminus through excellent customer service skills, written and verbal communication skills, time management skills, and consistent professional dress.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood education or related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience working in the early care and education field in Indiana.
Pay Range: $19.44 - $25.27 Hourly
Shift: Full-Time Days
