Position Purpose:
This position is responsible for assisting the Facilities Manager in the areas of facility repairs, maintenance, life safety & healthy environments, building code, and regulatory compliance. This individual will be the main site contact for all Building Management, Maintenance and Repairs and Space planning/utilization with-in assigned building to include purchasing of building supplies and coordination with all Maintenance/Repair vendors. Typical work day will include administrative and hands-on work completing building maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Three to five years’ experience in related fields with progressively more independent work challenges. One to two years of Supervisory preferred, but not required
