Position – Safety Officer/QI Coordinator
The Safety Officer / QI Coordinator position is classified as supporting an administrative support department for the Regional Care Group network. The incumbent hired will represent Regional Care Group network on official communications.
Position Description:
As a Quality Coordinator at Regional Care Group, you will provide administrative and operational support to clinical quality improvement projects undertaken by Regional Health Systems, Geminus and Lake Park Residential Care. This position is responsible for collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data in order to identify trends and develop data sets to monitor performance outcomes and review processes and services as needed.
Essential Functions:
- Data Mining – successful completion of any requested audits
- Data Review/Analysis – Able to product data reports and interpret reports
- Development of data sets to monitor performance, measure outcomes, or review processes
- Help management identify core data elements capable of providing ongoing review of their areas of responsibility
- Reporting – assist with development of program evaluation reports including; quarterly QI reports, grant management reports and other reports as needed
- This position is required to visit multiple of our locations – mileage will be reimbursed location to location
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Information Systems, Information Management, Data Analysis
- 1 year of relevant experience
