Responsible for supervising IBHS clinical staff and ensuring compliance with identified Evidence Based Practices (CBT, CBITS / Bounce Back); provide clinical direction / support for the program; ensure positive working relationships with IBHS assigned schools; responsible for collaborating with the MCOs for crisis consults, ICC meetings; monitoring staff productivity and overall service delivery
This position requires minimal evening and weekend hours. The work schedule is to be flexible to meet the needs of the program and the staff.
This position is a full time salaried and benefited position . Typical hours are Monday- Friday 9-5 but are flexible to meet child / family and program needs. This position currently includes office and remote workdays.
Education / Training : Master's degree in Social Work or related human service field; valid license for the practice of Clinical Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy or a valid license of Social Work or Behavior Specialist from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; LSW or BSL must have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum; certification in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and / or Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) preferred. Experience in providing Evidence Based Models preferred (CBITS / Bounce Back).
Skill(s) : Proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; thorough knowledge of behavior health rehabilitation services and related standards, regulations, and procedures; ability to evaluate individual cases, identify clinical issues present in children and / or family, and determine appropriate interventions; demonstrated management and supervisory skills; proficient PC skills; visual and auditory skills; valid driver's license.
Experience : A minimum of three (3) years' related experience normally required, including supervision and experience working in the child welfare and mental health systems. Experience providing individual and family therapy for children / youth preferred.
