Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Nurse at Gemma Services located in Plymouth Meeting, PA. The Nurse will be responsible for providing health care to residents, administering medications, coordinating appointments with physicians, and performing assessments. The Nurse will be responsible for maintaining updated medical and health records, staying up-to-date with regulatory requirements and procedures, and communicating effectively with other members of the care team.
Qualifications
- Current and valid RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Experience working as a nurse in a residential setting preferred, not required
- Ability to administer medications and perform assessments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the care team
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred, not required
- CPR/BLS and first aid certification required
