```Duties:```
- Assist in developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum for children in the toddler and preschool age groups
- Assist in creating engaging lesson plans that incorporate learning technology and interactive activities
- Provide individualized instruction and support to children with special needs, including those in deaf education, special education, and behavioral health
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes child welfare and supports the social-emotional development of all students
- Utilize effective classroom management strategies to maintain a safe and productive learning environment
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate educational activities and events
- Monitor student progress and provide ongoing feedback to parents/guardians
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience working with toddlers, preschoolers, and children with special needs
- Knowledge of curriculum development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Familiarity with learning technology tools and resources for educational purposes
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and create a positive learning environment
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
