- JOB DESCRIPTION –
PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR:
Property management and leasing company seeking dedicated individual to handle daily tasks as follows:
Assist with day to day administrative functions for rental properties
Update landlord/tenant data in property management system
Prepare lease contracts, renewals and various documents for signature
Maintain pertinent information on Google Drive
Review applications and process for approval
Advertise properties for rentals on websites
Prepare Inspection reports for properties
Reply to repair requests from tenants in the resident portal
Handle daily email inquiries from tenants, landlords and service providers
Renew rental licenses and prepare documents for property compliance
Coordinate appointments with vendors for service to the properties
Other duties (as needed)
Additional Qualifications: Oral and written communications skills required. Computer skills in MS Word, Google Sheets and G-mail also required. Web development/editing skills a plus but not necessary.
