Mobile Home Community Maintenance Tech
Location of opening: Amarillo, TX
We are looking for individuals who are experienced as a maintenance technician for property management and specifically with basic construction/ rehab work.

Responsibilities/Skills
- Works closely with management to maintain a clean, safe, and appealing property. Follows Daily Maintenance schedules and follows all procedures as outlined.
- Responsible for taking care of daily rehab/maintenance of homes.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be cleared to drive maintenance trucks to various locations both on and off property.
- Assist with construction or refurb as need of inventory homes.
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in landscaping and grounds keeping, including general maintenance, light carpentry, and plumbing.
- Proficient in use of equipment and tools.
- Able to drive a plow truck (snow removal).
- Must be available for emergencies after hours and on weekends when needed
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
- Must have proficient verbal communication skills.
- Mobile Home experience a plus.
