This is a part-time role with a flexible schedule, ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with guests and providing top-notch service.
Job duties:
- Guide guests through the reservation process, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable booking experience.
- Provide excellent customer service and answer inquiries about our resort, amenities, and accommodations.
- Assist with inbound and outbound calls, helping to extend stays and secure future bookings.
- Support the Community Manager with sales efforts to maximize guest occupancy.
- Meet or exceed reservation goals while maintaining a positive and welcoming attitude.
- Handle additional administrative tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- A customer-focused attitude with great communication skills.
- High School Diploma or GED (Required).
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Comfortable with computers, email, and internet-based booking systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, or customer service is a plus!
