We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while also driving sales. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members will be essential in delivering a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and social media.
- Manage incoming calls , ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
- Accurately enter customer data into the system while maintaining attention to detail.
- Analyze customer jewelry and jewelry repair needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while handling cash and credit transactions and ensuring accurate cash and credit handling procedures.
- Exhibit excellent phone and showroom etiquette when communicating with clients.
- Assist in a high level of client services.
Skills
- Strong customer support skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Experience in Jewelry sales and Jewelry repair highly desirable.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams to achieve sales goals.
- Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail.

- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in client services, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with customers.
