Overview
We’re looking for friendly, dependable Crew Members to create a positive and welcoming experience for kids and families. As a Crew Member, you’ll play a key role in keeping our arcade, play area, and gift shop clean, organized, and fun! No prior experience is required—just a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Restock and organize clawcade prizes and gift shop items to keeping them neat and accessible.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment by keeping floors clear and well-maintained.
- Monitor children to ensure they follow safety rules while playing.
- Clean and sanitize the playset and surrounding area at the end of each day.
- Assist guests with questions and provide friendly, helpful service to enhance their experience.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Comfortable working in a family-friendly environment.
- Dependable, team-oriented, and able to follow instructions.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Active and comfortable moving around for long periods during shifts.
- Have a positive attitude and are eager to learn.
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
- Able to lift at least 20 pounds as needed.
