Overview
We’re looking for responsible and friendly Store Associates to help keep our store running smoothly. In this role, you’ll be responsible for handling purchases at the front desk, restocking the gift shop, and keeping the front store area clean and organized. You’ll also help monitor the play area to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for families. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, family-friendly setting and have great attention to detail, we’d love to have you on our team!
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and handle all purchases at the front desk.
- Restock and organize the gift shop to keep it neat and fully stocked.
- Maintain cleanliness in the front store area, seating areas, and gift shop.
- Sweep and mop floors as needed to keep the space fresh and welcoming.
- Monitor the playset entrance to ensure guests follow safety guidelines.
- Assist with tidying up the shop at the end of the day to prepare for the next shift.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience with POS systems or in retail.
- Comfortable handling card or cash transactions.
- Comfortable working in a family-friendly environment.
- Dependable, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Comfortable being on your feet for long periods during shifts.
- Have a positive attitude and work well in a team setting.
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
- Able to lift at least 20 pounds as needed.
