About the Role
This role requires a holistic understanding of campaign workflows, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and exceptional project management skills. This role will report to the Head of DTC Marketing and support efforts to drive customer acquisition and engagement through strategic campaign execution.

Mission and Goals
- You'll play a vital role in the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Marketing team by managing the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and cross-functional marketing initiatives such as go-to-market (GTM) plans across North America.
- You'll collaborate with stakeholders across teams-including marketing channels, brand marketing, product, analytics, pricing, and web development-to ensure seamless execution, alignment with business goals, and continuous optimization of campaign performance.
