We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Director to lead the strategy, development, and execution of all marketing initiatives for our core private equity fund administration services. This role will be crucial in raising brand awareness, generating leads, and driving business growth within the private equity fund market. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record in B2B financial services marketing, preferably within the alternative investments industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy: Define target audience segments, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies specific to private equity fund administration.
- Lead generation: Create and execute campaigns across multiple channels (digital, content, events, email, social media) to generate qualified leads and drive new client acquisition.
- Brand building: Enhance brand visibility and reputation within the private equity fund community through thought leadership, content marketing, and public relations efforts.
- Content creation: Develop and oversee the development of high-quality content (e.g., website copy, blog posts, white papers, case studies, webinars) that positions the firm as a thought leader and addresses the needs of private equity fund clients.
- Digital marketing: Manage the firm's digital presence, including website optimization, SEO/SEM strategies, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
- Event management: Plan and execute industry events, conferences, and webinars to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
- Market analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the private equity fund administration market.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive lead generation and business growth.
- Strong understanding of the private equity fund industry, including fund structures, operations, and investor relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
The salary range for this position is $160,000 - $190,000, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. Please note that the actual salary offer within that range will depend on the candidate’s experience level.
Work Arrangement
All applicants applying to Gen II Fund Services, LLC must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note that all US employees are required to work a hybrid schedule. This position will work a hybrid work schedule from one of our New York offices, comprised of a minimum of two (2) days a week in our office and three (3) days remote.
