What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Accounting & Finance Recruiter position at Gen II?
In this role we are looking for a Snr. Accounting & Finance Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team, where you will manage full life cycle recruiting experienced professionals for our US Client Services and Corporate Management teams.
Primary Responsibilities Will Include:
- Manage and drive the full recruitment process for fund accounting and finance related roles from candidate sourcing through offer.
- Build a consistent pipeline of candidates through a variety of sourcing channels and programs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, offering a consultative approach to candidate assessment, hiring decisions and offer negotiations.
- Provide a first-rate candidate experience, ensuring that individuals clearly understand both the role and our value proposition.
- Ensure data compliance with both legal and company regulations.
- Track and leverage recruiting metrics to keep the business informed on key indicators like, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, source of hire, recruiting funnel numbers, interviews per hire, etc.
- Maintain regular recruiting reports and communication avenues to brief hiring managers of recruitment and sourcing developments.
- Actively identify opportunities and find solutions to continuously improve the processes and procedures of the talent acquisition function.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements and Experience:
- 5 years of experience demonstrating individual success at identifying, qualifying, and hiring exceptional Accounting & Finance talent.
- Full-Life Cycle recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback and offer negotiation.
- Strong sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience maintaining data integrity for applicant tracking, sourcing, scheduling, or other process software.
- Expertise recruiting Fund Accountants is desired. Candidates that have supported Private Equity Fund Accountant/ Finance roles is ideal.
- Experience within Financial Services, Banking, or similar industries is desired.
- Agency and in-house recruiting experience is desired.
- Comfortable recruiting for roles outside of Accounting/ Finance when needed.
- BA/BS Degree preferred.

- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to think independently, prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Functional Microsoft suite skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience using ATS systems, UKG experience is a plus.
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000, in addition to a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. Please note that the actual salary offer within that range will depend on the candidate’s experience level.
Work Arrangement
All applicants applying to Gen II Fund Services, LLC must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note that all US employees are required to work a hybrid schedule, with this role comprised of two (2) days a week in our New York office and three (3) days working remotely.
