Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher/Office Support to join our team. This position is a multifaceted position responsible for coordinating service department activities, managing internal and external communication, and providing administrative office support. This role ensures timely and efficient customer service delivery, maintains accurate records, and supports the overall office operation.
Responsibilities
- Dispatch all field service technicians. Accountable for scheduling jobs productively and profitably, always sensitive to the needs and circumstances of customers and clients
- Follow up, coordinate, and confirm scheduling with customer and client solutions promptly, professionally, courteously and seamlessly.
- Acts as a liaison between customers, employees, and supervisors on various questions or issues.
- Greet and assist all visitors.
- Provide administrative support for New Equipment, Rental, and Service Sales representatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a dispatcher role, preferably within the power generation industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide solutions promptly.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work efficiently, prioritize work and handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines imposed by the demands of the workflow.
