Job Summary:
We are seeking a Refinery Production Associate to support daily operations at a vegetable oil refinery. This role involves assisting operators, collecting production samples, performing plant cleaning, and other assigned duties. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in varying environmental conditions and on a rotating schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist refinery operators with daily tasks.
- Collect production samples as needed.
- Steam lines and perform general plant cleaning.
- Lift and transport materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Work both indoors and outdoors as required.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Complete other assigned tasks as directed by crew leads.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work in varied environmental conditions (indoor/outdoor).
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work a rotating 12-hour night shift schedule (alternating 36 and 48-hour weeks).
- Availability to work every other weekend.
