seeking a full-time Traffic Project Manager for their Transportation Division. This role involves managing traffic analysis, intersection improvements, and highway occupancy permits. The candidate will lead a team of designers and engineers, offering technical guidance, ensuring high-quality project delivery, and assisting the Transportation Division Manager with project management and client interaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading project teams to complete traffic analysis, transportation impact studies, and signal retiming
- Preparing intersection and roadway plans, signing and pavement marking designs, and maintenance of traffic plans
- Providing quality control of work performed by the transportation team
- Assisting in managing client relationships and project progress
Primary Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field (preferred)
- 5 years of experience in transportation engineering or related field
- Experience with AutoCAD, Synchro, HCS, MS Word, and MS Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification in Pennsylvania (PA PE)
- Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) certification
- Experience with PennDOT projects
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (preferred)
- Associate's degree (acceptable)
