We are seeking a skilled Workday HCM Integration Consultant for an on-site role in Cleveland, OH. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a strong background in Workday integrations and technical configurations. The ideal candidate will possess experience developing and supporting integrations across a variety of Workday modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Finance, and Procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using tools like EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.
- Support full integration lifecycle from design through testing and deployment.
- Ensure Workday integrations are optimized for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Manage release cycles, perform impact analysis, and lead testing and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues.
- Provide continuous improvement recommendations based on evolving platform capabilities and business needs.
- Maintain awareness of Workday product updates and assess relevance and implementation timelines.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including SOX where applicable.
Required Qualifications:
- 6 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Workday integration experience.
- Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and related Workday tools.
- Strong understanding of Workday security, reporting, and business processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Workday Extend and Workday Orchestration.
- Workday Pro Certification.
- Prior consulting experience in the Workday ecosystem.
- Familiarity with SOX compliance standards.

Pay: $56.01 - $56.88 per hour
