Sales Representative Lighting

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible prospecting new accounts, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth within your assigned territory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of outside sales and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.

Duties

• Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Conduct outside sales activities to promote our products and services within your designated territory.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using our software systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long-term relationships.

Skills

• Proven experience in lead generation and outside sales is essential.
• Familiarity with Commercial/Industrial sales is highly desirable.
• Proficient in territory management to maximize sales opportunities.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
