About the Team: The Customer Success Management (CSM) team is responsible for the overall business success of our relationship with our existing customers to facilitate the growth and development of Gen.
About the Role: The Norton Retention Team Internship offers an opportunity for a current college student to gain valuable work experience through high-visibility, value-add projects throughout the CSM organization. Interns participate in Gen sponsored team building activities, internal team meetings with executives, and end their assignment with a showcase of their projects. Assigned projects can include but are not limited to:

- Work with cross-functional teams to understand the customer experience
- Based on enhanced understanding, develop a strategy for modified digital and offline customer experiences that improve NPS and retention metrics
- Work with internal teams to test and optimize the new strategy
- Evaluate engagement and effectiveness metrics for existing content (e.g., email, in product communication, website). Propose and test modifications
- Currently completing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area of study
- A minimum 3.0 GPA
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Be a self-starter who drives progress and results while meeting critical deadlines
- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and prioritize deliverables
- Be a true team player who works closely and cohesively with others
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
