What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bar-Back position at Gen3 Hospitality?
The responsibility of the Bar back is to assist the Bartender with providing friendly service, assist with maintaining, Â cleanliness and orderliness of bar, prepare mixes and garnishes and Stock all glassware, condiments, beer, paper products and other necessary items needed for efficient operation. All in accordance with departmental and Gen 3 Hospitality established procedures.
