Strategic Proposal Development Role
We are seeking a motivated Proposal Manager to support the strategic development of proposals for federal and state clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with executive leadership, business development, and SMEs to mature the proposal development process
- Facilitate formal proposal reviews, ensuring high-quality submissions that meet compliance standards
- Contribute to writing and editing proposals and white papers
- Manage the organization of past performance and proposal libraries
- Promote Gen3 values while participating in practice-building and business development initiatives
- Help drive client strategy by maintaining high-value relationships and aligning proposal efforts with client goals
Requirements:
- Experience in project management and technical writing is preferred
- Shipley training or certification and project management training or certification are advantageous
- US Citizenship or Green Card holder required
