This role involves managing the full-cycle proposal process, enhancing proposal operations, and ensuring compliance with governmental requirements. Project basis: Hours will vary based on RFP submission and client requirements. Typically, 10 to 50 hours will be needed per project. Type of Work: Contract/1099. Location: Remote, US. Collaborate with executive leadership, business development, and SMEs to mature the proposal development process. Facilitate formal proposal reviews, ensuring high-quality submissions that meet compliance standards. Contribute to writing and editing proposals and white papers. Manage the organization of past performance and proposal libraries. Promote Gen3 values while participating in practice-building and business development initiatives. Help drive client strategy by maintaining high-value relationships and aligning proposal efforts with client goals.
